What is Decker?
Decker is digital signage software for restaurants, cafes, retail chains, grocery stores, and hotels that run screens in more than one location. Menus, prices, promotions, and other on-screen content are managed from one dashboard and published to every screen at once.
The Decker digital signage platform takes its data from the systems you already use. It connects to POS systems such as Toast, Square, and Clover, to ERP, inventory, and accounting systems via REST API or a direct connection, or to a spreadsheet. When a price changes in the POS, the menu board shows the new price in 1–5 seconds. Only the changed element redraws, so the screen does not flicker. Items marked unavailable in the POS drop off the menu automatically.
Every screen reports back. The Decker digital signage system confirms playback on each display, monitors screens in real time, and keeps the last content running from an offline cache when the network drops. The optional Decker Verifier device switches a TV back to the correct HDMI input and restarts playback remotely, so a dark screen does not wait for a site visit.
