They are super responsive. I feel like they listen.
We are using the software as signage for our church. We love that we can collaborate on the content allowing each department to determine which assets to use. We tried several solutions before settling on this one. It gives us the control and flexibility we need while giving us tremendous functionality.
The developer is still working on some of the native features (youtube support) on the Roku.

The support of the app, the available resources made me opt for this one more than the others that I had tested before. But they could have support in Brazil, as well as OptiSigns' own Stick, as the international purchase costs are expensive and make the purchase impossible. I opted for the Amazon Fire Stick because of this impossibility.
The program met beyond my expectations compared to others I had already tested.

-cloud based management -customer support team is responsive and helpful -fire stick is easy to source and cheap
-cannot manage content effectively: need ability to group players -very simplistic: no ability for custom widgets; no integration with RSS feeds, Tableau, or Power BI -in net present value terms, Optisigns was our companies 3rd option

We decided to use Optisigns to manage our menu boards within our bowling center. It was incredibly easy to set-up and it has been even easier to manage the content.
We run a small bowling alley where we rely heavily on contract employees to help us with our digital ads and screens within the center. Having a system that allows us to update our system remotely, with an easy to use UI is critical to our success. OptiSigns allows us to manage media and playlists while also creating templates that can easily be modified when our designer isn't available.
There isn't anything that we don't like. If I had to pick something, I would say the design of the interface isn't the best design I've ever seen, but the utility is there and it makes it easy for folks of all skill levels to use.
