Dedukta overview
What is Dedukta?
Every merchant in Mexico invoices its own way: portals that ask for different data and close at month end, emails nobody answers, suppliers with no portal at all. That is how businesses lose the CFDI for fuel, tolls, meals, hotels and supplier purchases, and with it the expense deduction and the creditable VAT.
Dedukta does that work for you. Your team takes a photo of the receipt and sends it on WhatsApp, with no new app to install. Dedukta requests the CFDI from the merchant with your tax details, through the channel that merchant uses, sends reminders when it does not arrive, and has someone on our team work it by hand when needed. If a merchant still does not issue it after several reminders, we close the receipt and tell you.
Each CFDI arrives as XML and PDF in your dashboard and in the inboxes you choose, such as your accountant's. Accounting firms manage several clients, each in its own account, from a single login.
Dedukta does not issue invoices, is not a PAC and does not replace your accounting system. It never asks for your SAT password or e.firma. Prices in Mexican pesos, monthly or annual, with a 14-day free trial and no card.
