Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

diagram.now overview
What is diagram.now?
diagram.now is a browser-based diagram editor. It runs in the browser without installation and integrates with Confluence, where a diagram is embedded in the page and edited in place.
Diagram types
Flowcharts, UML diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, BPMN process diagrams, cloud architecture diagrams, network diagrams, mind maps and wireframes. Built-in templates cover starting points such as organizational charts and kanban boards.
Shape libraries
Libraries for the common diagram types, plus cloud architecture shapes for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. Custom shape libraries can be saved locally and reused.
Import formats
Visio, Lucidchart, Gliffy, Mermaid, CSV and SQL. Diagram XML can also be imported and edited directly.
Export formats
PNG, SVG, PDF, JPEG, WebP, XML, JSON, and an encoded URL.
Collaboration
Version control retains earlier revisions. Commenting and live cursor sharing let several people work on the same diagram. Adaptive color modes switch the canvas for light or dark environments.
Confluence integration
The app embeds a diagram in a Confluence page and opens the editor without leaving the page, so diagrams stay with the documentation they belong to.
Pricing
The browser editor at diagram.now is free. The Confluence app is free for up to 10 users. Tiers above that are priced by number of users only and do not add features.
