Dinopix Reviews is review management software for businesses with one or many locations, and for the agencies that look after them. It collects reviews and comments from Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Judge.me, Trustpilot and ProductReview.com.au into a single feed, so a team can see what needs a reply, assign it and track it to resolved. Platforms without an open API still come in: each business gets its own Dinopix email address, and Trustpilot and ProductReview notification emails forwarded to it become reviews in the feed.

Replies can be written by hand or drafted by AI in the business's own brand voice, with five tones and a list of phrases a reply must never contain. Replies publish directly to Google, Facebook, Instagram and Judge.me; Trustpilot and ProductReview replies are drafted in Dinopix and posted on their site. Auto-reply works rating by rating, so five-star reviews can be answered automatically while anything lower waits for approval by email. A health-practice mode keeps drafts non-clinical and holds every auto-reply for a person.

Analytics read sentiment from the words, not just the stars, tag topics, compare locations side by side, track response time and export CSV or PDF reports, with scheduled email summaries on higher plans. Messenger and Instagram direct messages sit in a shared inbox, and social listening tracks mentions from Google Alerts, Brave Search and Reddit.

From the Growth plan, a built-in CRM links each review and message to the customer and their order history, with Shopify and WooCommerce sync, web forms and CSV import. Optional automation emails every customer a review request once an order is delivered, and runs NPS surveys with private follow-up.

A free plan covers one Google listing and one Facebook page with Instagram. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in US or Australian dollars. Data is hosted in Singapore and access tokens are encrypted.
