DisputeDash overview

What is DisputeDash?

DisputeDash is a cloud-based, SaaS chargeback representment platform built for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce merchants of any size. The platform detects disputes the moment a processor reports them, assembles reason-code-specific evidence, generates rebuttal letters, and submits responses before deadlines, across payment processors including Stripe, PayPal, Braintree, and PayArc. A configurable evidence engine, proven across 12,000+ production disputes, activates default configurations from day one, with full automation available without a sales call, contract, or volume minimum. Self-serve onboarding supports same-day go-live.

DisputeDash covers the full dispute lifecycle: automated detection, evidence gathering (order data, delivery and carrier tracking across 1,200+ carriers, AVS/CVV, IP geolocation, and customer communications), rebuttal letter generation, and submission. The platform supports Compelling Evidence 3.0, inquiry handling, and a Radar AI module. Multi-brand workspaces allow per-brand automation rules and templates, while a single dashboard consolidates dispute management across multiple payment processors. An optional manual review mode gives operators direct control over individual responses. Integrations span payments, e-commerce, fulfillment, subscriptions, customer support, and data/API categories, with a free analytics tier available below the paid threshold.

Pricing operates on a flat monthly fee ($149-$999/month) with no commission on recovered revenue, giving merchants full cost predictability. Evidence configuration is fully transparent: operators can view, edit, or replace every piece of evidence and every rebuttal letter. This model targets multi-brand DTC operators and small-to-mid-market merchants who require automation depth and evidence control without a managed-service dependency.
