What is DMC Pilot?
DMC Pilot is software for MICE and incentive destination management companies running incentive travel, meetings and events: sales, proposals, programs, flights, airport transfers, suppliers and staff in one place. It is not a booking engine for tour operators.
Most DMCs run programs on a proposal tool, spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp and an accounting system that do not talk to each other. In DMC Pilot the proposal is built from your own rates with margin visible as you build; when the client accepts, it becomes the program with nothing retyped. Flights are tracked from the group's manifest, so a delay flags the transfer it affects. Suppliers, run of show, staff, team chat, costs and margin live in one record, a client page shows the program without exposing costs or margins, and the iOS and Android app gives the team on site guest check-in, day sheets, transfers and disruption tools.
