What is Documentric?
Documentric saves bookkeepers and small businesses from typing bank statements into their accounting software. Upload a PDF statement from any bank, scanned or digital, and Documentric reads every transaction into a grid you can edit, shown right next to the original page. Before you export, it checks the statement against its own opening and closing balances, so a missed or misread row shows up straight away. Export to QuickBooks Desktop and Online (.qbo), Xero, Sage, Quicken, Excel, CSV, OFX or QFX, and preview the file first. It also reads invoices and receipts and can send them to QuickBooks Online as bills and purchases. Keep each client's statements together and spot missing months.
