easydine overview

What is easydine?

easydine is a web-based platform for restaurants, bars, pizzerias, snack bars and cafes. It runs in any browser on a computer, tablet or phone, so there is nothing to install and no special hardware to buy.

Dining room POS: waiters see the table map on their phone, open tables, take orders with add-ons and notes, and move or merge tables. Guests can order and call the waiter from a QR code on the table, with optional waiter approval. The cashier screen shows each check with cover charge, optional service charge and discounts, splits the bill equally, by amount or by item, and prints the pre-bill. The kitchen works from a display screen or from tickets printed by station on 80 mm thermal printers.

Online sales: each business gets its own branded store and digital menu, with photos, combos, add-ons, sizes, half-and-half items and dietary tags, available in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Customers order delivery or pickup and pay online by Pix or card, or pay the business directly on delivery or pickup. Partner couriers connected through the Open Delivery standard can be dispatched automatically, with a backup partner.

Reservations: a booking page open 24/7 that only offers times with a free table, sends email confirmations with calendar invites, and lets guests change or cancel on their own.

Management: order board, coupons and promotions, customer list with order history, sales reports with top items, peak hours and staff performance, CSV and PDF export, roles and permissions, email and push alerts for the team, and multiple locations under one account.
