Edflo is cloud school management software made for private schools in Pakistan by Fleact Tech, Islamabad. It replaces registers, fee books and spreadsheets with one admin panel on the web and native apps for admins, teachers and parents on iOS and Android.

Fee collection: every student gets a 1BILL consumer number. Parents pay from any 1LINK bank app, internet banking, ATM, EasyPaisa or JazzCash, and the payment posts to that student's ledger automatically. The money settles straight into the school's own bank account. Fee structures, challans, discounts, sibling concessions, arrears and defaulter lists are built in.

Accounting: fee income and expenses flow into double-entry books, with financial statements and an owner's dashboard showing profit, months of cash and break-even enrolment.

Academics: exams, gradebooks and report cards in FBISE, Punjab board, Sindh board, Cambridge-style or the school's own template, published to parents in the app. Timetables and a resource library for notes and worksheets are included.

Attendance and communication: teachers mark attendance in one tap and parents get an alert. Announcements, behaviour entries and fee reminders reach families through the app, WhatsApp and SMS.

Admissions: build an online admission form, share one link, and see which campaign brought each enquiry. Enquiries become enrolments without re-typing.

Staff: HR records, leave and payroll in the same system.

Pricing is a flat monthly rate by school size, from PKR 2,999, with unlimited staff and admin accounts. Data migration and on-site training are free, and every school can export its full data at any time.
