This information remains on the platform's server for 31 days, after which it is deleted.
Email messages are sent by default from the platform (noreply@...), but it is also possible for users to send messages from personal email accounts. Web forms can be password-protected. There are also various options for adjusting web forms, for example, by including buttons and Google fonts.
