What is Egentify?
Egentify is an AI customer service agent for Shopify and WooCommerce stores that resolves support conversations instead of just answering them. Connected to your store, it looks up orders in real time, processes refunds under your policies, updates shipping addresses, and answers product and policy questions — on live chat, voice calls, and email, around the clock. Anything it cannot resolve is handed to your team as a ticket with the full conversation attached.
