EmmaDox overview
What is EmmaDox?
EmmaDox helps cultural project proponents in Brazil collect signed participation terms and consent letters without printing, scanning, or chasing collaborators over WhatsApp. The proponent uploads the term template once, invites every participant by email, and each person fills in their own data and signs digitally from any device. EmmaDox sends automatic reminders for up to 10 days until every signature is collected, and the proponent can track the status of each participant in real time. Once everyone has signed, the finished PDF is ready to download and attach directly to the grant application (Lei Rouanet, ProAC, PNAB, Lei Paulo Gustavo, and municipal or state calls). Unlike generic e-signature tools, EmmaDox was purpose-built for the specific workflow of cultural projects: managing many participants per project, generating documents with variable fields (name, ID number, role), and keeping every term organized by project and by edital.
