What is Enrichment kids?
Enrichment.kids is registration and management software for camps, classes, studios and after-school programs. Providers publish a listing with sessions, price tiers and drop-in dates, then take registrations and payments online, on Enrichment.kids or through an order form embedded on their own website. Custom registration forms, waivers and discount codes are built in. Rosters, waitlists, cancellations and refunds are managed from one dashboard, and every customer has a single record with their participants, registrations and notes. Providers can email everyone registered for a listing or session, take scholarship applications and report on every award, and export sales and payout reports to CSV. Every listing also appears in the Enrichment.kids directory and to AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, so new customers find programs without extra marketing spend. Plans are month-to-month.
