What is ET Ducky?
ET Ducky is an RMM platform for teams that manage Windows and Linux endpoints and want clear answers when something breaks. Each agent records kernel-level activity using Event Tracing for Windows on Windows and eBPF on Linux, correlates it locally, strips out sensitive data, and uses AI to explain the root cause of an alert in plain language.
Everything runs from one browser dashboard with live CPU, memory, disk, and network metrics. Technicians can open interactive diagnostic sessions, ask about a host in natural language, run approved scripts, transfer files, and connect to a browser-based remote desktop. Patch management handles application and OS updates with scanning, scheduling, deployment, and verification. Alerts include the root cause and can open tickets, trigger automations, or send webhooks, with two-way Jira and ServiceNow sync.
The platform also provides behavioral security detections, network discovery, fleet baselines, smart reports, configurable data retention, and a self-hosted option for teams that keep data on their own infrastructure.
