Factory Assistant is an AI meeting intelligence platform designed for manufacturing environments. It captures shop-floor meetings such as daily QRQC, quality reviews, shift handovers and maintenance stand-ups, and converts them into structured summaries, tracked actions and quality documentation, automatically.

The problem it solves

Production is digitized, but meeting decisions still live on paper, in notebooks or in someone's memory. Actions lose their owner, deadlines slip and the same issues resurface week after week. Factory Assistant gives every meeting a searchable record and every decision an owner.

Capture and transcription

Meetings can be captured via browser recording, mobile QR code, audio file upload or direct text input. Transcription uses a configurable ASR provider with custom manufacturing dictionaries, so technical vocabulary, part numbers and line names are recognized correctly. Multilingual support is included. Participants can be added mid-meeting and are pre-populated on recurring topics based on history.

AI processing

After each meeting, the system generates a structured summary by agenda section and proposes action items with owner and deadline for human confirmation. Every transcript is vector-indexed per organization, enabling semantic search and an AI chat that answers natural-language questions across the entire meeting history. Recurring issue detection flags problems that reappear across meetings over weeks or months.

Quality toolbox

8D problem-solving reports can be auto-generated or AI-assisted from the meeting discussion, then reviewed, edited and approved. Fishbone (Ishikawa), 5 Whys, SIPOC and Is/Is Not analyses are built from the transcribed problem discussion. An optional Six Sigma Improvement Engine adds DMAIC project tracking and statistical analysis from uploaded Excel data with AI interpretation.

Execution and reporting

Action items are tracked per topic and per person, with automatic escalation of overdue tasks. The execution dashboard shows discipline KPIs: actions with owners, actions closed on time, completion rate and meeting effectiveness scores. Weekly digests are delivered automatically to management. Digital shift handover reports are structured by production, quality, maintenance and HSE.

Organization

Meetings are organized in categories (for example Production, Quality, IT, Maintenance) and topics, each with its own history, action board and quality toolbox.

Integrations

Meeting capture works through the Factory Assistant web app and mobile QR code, with audio upload and text input for meetings held on any platform. Summaries, reports and digests are exported as PDF and delivered by email. Integration with the wider Share IT Smart ecosystem comes first, with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools planned as the next step.

Security and deployment

Data is stored exclusively on EU infrastructure (Romania and Germany). GDPR compliant and EU AI Act ready. Share IT Smart holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Three deployment layers are available: multi-tenant SaaS for fast onboarding, dedicated single-tenant cloud for TISAX or strict ISO 27001 requirements, and on-premises deployment, optionally air-gapped, for regulated environments with full data sovereignty.

Cloud plans are priced by meeting volume, not by user. Starter: $65 per month, 30 meetings, 15-day free trial. Core: $199 per month, 90 meetings, higher AI allowance. Enterprise: $495 per month, unlimited meetings, priority support. Yearly billing saves two months. Dedicated cloud and on-premises are quoted separately.
