Faktury Online (faktury-online.com), on the market since 2009, is a web-based invoicing and accounting document management system designed for sole traders, small and medium-sized businesses, and non-profit organizations operating primarily in Slovakia. Accessible from any desktop or mobile browser with no installation required, it supports the full document lifecycle: issued and received invoices, proforma invoices, credit and debit notes, cash receipts, price quotes, delivery notes, orders, order forms, work journals, handover protocols, and custom document types. Core document types are included in one flat-rate annual subscription with no volume limits; extra document types, recurring documents and backups are optional add-ons. The first year of full access is free for all registered users. Qualifying non-profit organizations receive permanent free access.

The platform is built for compliance with Slovak legislation. Faktury Online is a certified provider of Slovak e-invoicing (eFaktúra) over the Peppol network, mandatory from 2027 and launching in autumn 2026, and supports export and import of structured e-invoice formats used in Slovakia and Czechia. Company details are filled in automatically from Slovak registers by company registration number, and client, company, item, and bank account directories auto-populate document fields to reduce manual entry. Document management tools include labeling, filtering, bulk download, Excel export, and a 30-day document bin for recovery. Multiple user accounts with role-based permissions, two-factor authentication, and an optional backup and archive service round out the platform's administrative capabilities.
