FaxTerra overview
What is FaxTerra?
FaxTerra replaces a fax machine with a browser tab or a phone app. Attach a PDF or a photo, preview each page as the recipient will see it, add an optional cover page, and send.
Files: PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, TIFF, GIF, BMP, and WebP. Multiple files combine into one transmission of up to 350 pages, with uploads to 200 MB.
Sending: 27 destination countries. Delivery status updates in real time, an email confirms transmission, and every delivered fax produces a downloadable receipt that can be shared with anyone, with no account needed to view it. A busy recipient line retries automatically at no charge.
Receiving: paid plans include a dedicated fax number in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, or New Zealand. Inbound faxes arrive in an inbox with email and mobile push notifications.
Security: documents travel over an encrypted connection and are stored encrypted at rest with AES-256 on Amazon S3. Payments are processed by Stripe. Healthcare plans add a signed Business Associate Agreement, per-document encryption, and a six-year audit log.
Pricing: 10 free pages every month, credit packs from $1.99 for 10 pages, subscriptions from $4.99 per month. No ads or watermarks on any plan, no setup fee, and subscriptions cancel online in one confirmation.
