FeatQ overview

What is FeatQ?

FeatQ is a cloud-hosted feature voting board built for software teams and founders shipping software with coding agents. Feature requests submitted via a public board or embeddable widget are consolidated from email, direct messages, and chat into a single votable interface. Vote counts drive prioritization, and top-voted requests are automatically converted into build-ready implementation specs that coding agents can act on directly, without a manual planning step.

Each board includes a per-board MCP (Model Context Protocol) server with seven tools, giving compatible coding agents (including Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, and Grok) direct access to ranked feature requests, request context, generated specs, competitor comparison data, and board status controls. Agents can list and rank requests by vote demand, read individual request context, generate scoped implementation specs, write status updates back to the board, and trigger changelog publication and voter notifications, all over HTTPS without additional configuration.

FeatQ supports five roadmap statuses (new, planned, in progress, shipped, and closed), a public changelog that publishes automatically when a request ships, and voter email notifications on completion, closing the feedback loop without manual outreach. Admin controls include private boards and domain-restricted access. Voter identity is confirmed via email with no user accounts required, and up to 10,000 voters are included per board. Pricing is flat per board with no per-user fees, and boards can go live in minutes without a sales call. Targeted at SaaS teams and indie or vibe-coded app builders (Lovable, Bolt, v0), FeatQ is not positioned for enterprise use cases requiring SSO, multi-team reporting, or a support suite.
