What is FeedbackHive?
FeedbackHive is a website feedback and bug reporting tool built for web agencies, freelancers and product teams. It replaces the usual mix of email threads, chat messages and annotated screenshots with comments pinned directly on the live site.
Once the one-line widget is installed, anyone reviewing a site can click an element or select an area and describe what needs to change. A screenshot of the visible page or the selected area is attached, along with the page URL and title, browser, OS and viewport. Reviewers only enter an email address; no account is required.
The team works from a project board with status, priority, tags, assignees and deadlines, and updates appear in real time. Agencies can run one project per client, keep internal notes private and give clients a clear view of what has been fixed.
FeedbackHive also offers a REST API, a command-line tool and a remote MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can read and update projects and tasks. The interface is available in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
