FieldworkABA is a fieldwork tracking app for people accruing supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA or BCaBA certification, and for the supervisors who oversee them.

Trainees log hours as they go, recording independent and supervised time, restricted and unrestricted activities, observation minutes, supervisor, setting and session notes. Voice-to-text lets you dictate notes after a session instead of typing them.

Each month, the app checks the record against the requirements that apply to you and shows what still needs attention before month end: total hours against the monthly minimum and maximum, supervision percentage, individual versus group supervision, observation time with a client, and your running restricted and unrestricted split. Both the 2022 and the 2027 BACB requirements are supported, and the checks follow whichever set applies based on when you plan to apply.

When a month is complete, FieldworkABA generates the BACB Monthly Fieldwork Verification Form filled from your record, using the correct form version for that month. Trainee and supervisor review and sign it in the app rather than printing, scanning and emailing PDFs. Signed forms, daily logs and monthly records stay organized in a Records Archive covering the seven-year window, and can be exported as a single record package.

Supervisors get their own free account. They review a trainee's month, leave feedback tied to the record, sign forms, and see every trainee they oversee in one place, with control over what each supervisor can view.

Premium PRO adds BCBA Exam Prep in the same app: practice questions across all nine domains of the 6th-edition Test Content Outline with an explanation for every answer option, five full-length mock exams of 185 questions on a four-hour timer, a written concept library, and a readiness score built from your measured performance.

The free plan includes unlimited hour logging and monthly requirement checks with one supervisor. Premium starts at $7.95 per month and adds unlimited supervisors plus monthly verification forms with e-signatures. Premium PRO is $9.95 per month and includes Exam Prep. Groups of five or more share a group code and pay $4.95 per person per month on monthly plans. Supervisor accounts are always free. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no card required.
