A maintenance request usually arrives as a photograph and a sentence that does not say much. fixRAgent reads the photograph.

About ten seconds later a Triage Profile comes back with four things on it: what the fault is, how urgent it is, which trade to call, and plain wording you can send straight back to whoever reported it. The Triage Profile also says how many independent reads of the same photograph agreed, so you know how settled the answer is.

It reads hardware, not adjectives. There are no sensors to fit and nothing to retrofit - the photograph is of equipment nobody wired up for monitoring. The Triage Profile names the component and where it is rather than naming the room, which is what lets the right trade go out the first time.

fixRAgent does not book or schedule anyone, and it does not run your work orders. It sits in front of whatever you already use, and your system stays yours.

Developers can call it directly: a photo posts to an HTTP endpoint and the same JSON shape comes back every time, including the engine and rubric versions behind the answer and a callback for recording what the repair turned out to be.

The next afternoon one question comes back - was it fixed, still open, or something else - and one tap puts the answer on the record for that unit.
