Florivio is web-based administration software for volunteer fire departments in Germany, their supporting associations and municipalities that run several departments. Instead of spreadsheets, index cards and scattered folders, the department keeps members, equipment, fees, reports and events in one place, in the browser and without installation.

Florivio comes from the volunteer fire service: the founder is deputy commander of a volunteer fire department in Bavaria.

What Florivio covers:

• Members – digital member files with ranks, qualifications, training courses and medical deadlines. Existing Excel or CSV lists are imported with a suggested column mapping that you confirm.

• Reports – incident, training and meeting reports. Alarm data from the dispatch centre arrives directly or via DIVERA 24/7 and ALAMOS FE2 and pre-fills the incident report.

• Attendance and kiosk – check-in on a tablet at the station, also via QR code with the Florivio app.

• Equipment and PPE – inspections with due dates, QR codes, defect reports and traceable inspection records with PDF reports; breathing apparatus records.

• Clothing store, vehicles, safety briefings, performance badges, purchasing, donations and receipts, chronicle and a public department website.

• Membership fees and SEPA – fee schedules, mandates and a pain.008 file export for the bank.

• Finances – cash book with receipts, cash report, budget plan and treasurer audit.

• Alarm monitor – a screen at the station with keyword, address and map.

• Florivio app for iPhone, iPad and Android – digital ID card, events, check-in and an area for equipment managers; supplementary alerting with RSVP and arrival time is available as an add-on and supplements the official alerting path.

• AI assistant Flo (add-on) – answers questions about your own data within your role.

• Municipal package – a consolidated view across several departments.

Data and security: application data is hosted in Germany, a data processing agreement is available, and changes are logged.
