Just about any report you need is at your fingertips, which has simplified our record keeping. We have been extremely pleased with this product and the excellent customer service that comes with it.
There were some small bumps in the road in the beginning and some kickback from employees/supervisors stuck in their ways.
My favorite aspect of the software is the ability to validate my crews wherever I am.
There are no flags for open shifts so it is easy to miss that a particular day is not fully staffed. There are no text alerts for shifts.
I HIGHLY recommend eSchedule for EMS services, a great product for everyone in the company.
When removing someone from a shift from the master schedule, you can no longer tag them for that shift when marking them absent.
It has also saved alot of time when we have our state inspections because we are able to like digital copies of the employee certifications to eSchedule so everything is digitally kept in one place.
The new update to payroll has made printing the page off difficult.
I have a wealth of knowledge available on my phone accessible quickly to determine attendance status, clock times, and sign ups.
Ease of use, QuickBooks conversion, convenient for employees, accurate time tracking and helpful customer service personnel.

First Due has been amazing to work with. Their staff is very responsive and goes above and beyond to quickly answer questions we have.
Need to add risk analysis for community risk reduction.
I would highly recommend to any Fire/PD department to help have a true "live" library of target hazards. The information can be updated on the fly and be immediately available.
I haven't found anything that I really "don't" like about the software... everything seems to be an upgrade from the software we were using.
They are constantly making improvements. I love the mapping to help me visualize the data.
I find the software helpful but still with plenty of unfulfilled potential.
Easy to use, mobile friendly, and displays important pre-plan information for every call on iPads located in our apparatuses and on each member’s devices.
This app improves overall situational awareness for each call, and it also improves overall community safety and reduces call response times.
I really like that I can turn my notifications off and turn them on right before I go back on duty with in an hour.
The platform via the computer and application are easy to use and teach to our members. This software provides a location for collected information to live and be accessed in a timely manner.
The ability to overlay a vast amount of data onto the map helps tactical decision making.

Great platform that has helped and will continue to help our organization improve and become accredited.
The downside is that in order to maximize the tools provided, it takes time.
I am very happy with the service and the customer support is the best I have ever had. Keep up the good work PowerDMS.
Lack of IT help for moving files. Inability to print more than 1 page.
It is great for getting out training to employees and more convenient for them. I really like how it puts information at the fingertips of employees no matter where they are.
There is no middle ground for PowerDMS Administrators. I can't tell you how many times my session wants to timeout as I am in the middle of loading a proof.
The accountability of staff via this software is amazing and the money saved for purchasing paper is used on purchasing other needed items for our agency.
About the only thing I can think of would be that there's no way to group proofs/attachments for a given standard within an assessment.
It has been amazing to work with. It has streamlined our policies and trainings.
It is a good product that is easy to use and is easy to view our documents on.

Putting things in writing can do away with any misunderstanding there may be when discussing on the phone with the person handling complaint.

If GovPilot cannot detect the location, the resident is unable to move forward with logging in a complaint.
It's very flexible to our needs. If we need help or a change to the system your support team is very responsive and acceptable of our requests.
I am unaware of the cost so I cannot answer the value for money.
You can also find a phone number for the resident in this system very quickly. I love the clone tab - it is the best since it saves a lot of time.

We have already found several equipment problems, and or failures that would not have been caught without PSTrax.
Our Department has been and continues to be very pleased with PSTrax, we recommend it to everyone we come in contact with.
The system requires web connection which makes some checking difficult in remote settings.
PStrax should win best in class for customer service. User interface is excellent.
As a Department, we have almost no staff time related to our implementation.
What we liked most about this software was how intuitive it is. Very user friendly, and very straight forward to get all of our personnel logged in, trained, and up and running.
It is hard to find cons with this software as it exceeded our expectations. We were still using paper when we transitioned to PStrax.
The product is easy to use and sign into, pretty much self-explanatory. The developers made the sign on so easily accessible and super easy to remember in this day of multiple passwords.
The PSTrax team has been great to deal with. Whenever I have a question they are very responsive.
Communication with the team has always been excellent and they truly care about the customer experience.
We use PSTrax on a daily basis, all our members who use it are very well pleased with it. We look forward to continuing our relationship with PSTrax and hope they continue to grow their business.

I have been very satisfied with the product as designed. Also relatively impressed with the continued improvements without negatively impacting the core functions that are important to me.
There are questions that city's or even other type industries wouldn't use. They also tout their 911 feature that allows dispatch to see information for anyone subscribed.
Their customer support team is also very reliable and we have worked with them on a few minor things since implementation. They were very quick to help resolve the issues we had.
The problem is that if your dispatch center does not subscribe to Smart 911 then dispatch will not see their information.

Smart Serv has hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced- always responsive and ready to help with super quick response times.
Also the times when the wheel just spins and spins is always when I have a customer on the line and I have to call them back when system is up again. This happens everyday and is very annoying.
We are very happy with our decision to switch to Smarserv. The customer service has been outstanding starting with our first sales call to implementation.
I have a hard time saving the customers signature sometimes.
Integration of most everything we do on one platform. Customer rep. and the support team have been amazing, quick to respond and proactive.
The developers are trying hard to improve it. Report function is useless.
The learning curve has been minimal, it is packed with useful features, and technical support and training is excellent.
It has also been having syncing problems so not everything sync's properly. But the customer service team is very quick to respond and fix any issues.
Overall experience with SmarServ was great and I would recommend their product to any small to medium size company that is looking to improve/develop CRM for their business.
They are also always open to taking new ideas to improve the product. So far, this has been an easy product to use with enough features to help our business grow.

SOOOOO GLAD I DID!!! The program is responsive, easy to use, clean looking, modern, I honestly can't say enough good things about it.
We have been using Emergency Reporting alongside another software package for about 6 months, and we are preparing to stop using it due to the complexity of the interface.
The best part of this software is the ease of use. Our previous program required a strong understanding of databases.
We were coming from FIREHOUSE Software and our data was in poor shape.
Easy to operate and access from anywhere. Data repository is awesome backing up any data put into the library.
Initially, the security settings for Emergency Reporting were not granular enough to be able to tailor different experiences for different user levels.
The customer service provided by Emergency Reporting and their entire team is AMAZING, and probably the best that I have ever experienced from a company.
Other than the problem listed in the cons, which I find to be a quite annoying, yet minor flaw, Emergency Reporting works well and is very versatile.
No matter how I contact them (call, email, or the live chat feature on the Support page) their qualified staff is always friendly, patient, and eager to help.
I have attended 2 conferences (highly recommended for the new user) and can tell that each and every employee of ERS is very invested in seeing the end users succeed.
This is a great product and the customer service is amazing.
Nothing was left out in the design of the system, and the reports that the system generates are required by our state property insurance association, which is an awesome feature.
The fact that we can store and retrieve so much information and files about a call is pretty amazing. Finding calls no longer involves boxes of paper, only a few strokes on the keyboard.

Nothing was left out in the design of the system, and the reports that the system generates are required by our state property insurance association, which is an awesome feature.
The fact that we can store and retrieve so much information and files about a call is pretty amazing. Finding calls no longer involves boxes of paper, only a few strokes on the keyboard.
Overall we are extremely happy with the product and service we have been provided.
The ease of use makes this software the best that I have used. I have been in the fire service for 16 years.
Ease of use, low cost for features included, and impact on operation with the data collected.

Dossier support team is fantastic - they have a great team. The information needed for upper management is all there at all times.
I find it difficult at times to figure out how to change the permissions that my employees have and sometimes they do not have access to make changes when they need to because of that.
They are always continueing to give it more features and improvements. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to resolve or help you understand issues that come up.
We have had several bad habits and brought customer rep in to work out several issues. You were able to identify several issues and we have a ton of work to get through.
I have been using this software for 14 Years and Love it. One of the greatest things is that they keep up with the ever changing technology.
Offsite training is costly if you need to have a new user trained, but the training is of the highest caliber and very detailed.
Technical support is just a phone call away and the training program is outstanding. Dossier on Demand service performs as good as our 1500 HP Monster Jam trucks.
Our accounting / finance department has a very high demand for accurate cost accounting of the expenses associated with our fleet maintenance department.

After you learn the layout of the program it is fairly intuitive and easy to use. Also the price point is far more reasonable than quotes that we received from various competitors.

It was a bit complicated to figure out from the administrator side. I was having trouble with it and I don't normally have trouble with setting up software.
It makes it easy for staff to sign up and giveaway shifts. Its nice that is sends out notifications when coverage is needed.
It is hard to read graphically. It can be hard to understand.
Nursing admin and charge nurses are able to edit schedule in real time. This software is super user friendly.

Love the scan in scan out ability. Love how we can track in our different offices with ease.
It makes no sense that you can check out a product out of a location when none of those products are actually in that location.
CyberSTockroom has made it easy for our locations to keep track of their on-hands and order accordingly so we can stay in that sweet spot of having enough inventory but not overstocking.
I don't like the price breaks in relation to product amounts, there should be more options.
I love the graphic interface, this makes managing stock so easy.
My favorite feature of this program is keeping track of where items are going. CyberStockroom has really helped us get our inventory under control.
It is easy to find the materials using the system.

It makes no sense that you can check out a product out of a location when none of those products are actually in that location.
CyberSTockroom has made it easy for our locations to keep track of their on-hands and order accordingly so we can stay in that sweet spot of having enough inventory but not overstocking.
I don't like the price breaks in relation to product amounts, there should be more options.

I really like the ability to schedule help sessions on anything and get to work one on one with someone to fix issues. This makes for an overall good experience.
Poorly written software, terrible tech support.
POSS gives us an overview of the schedule, who requested off, who is out sick, and what assignments they are on. Very easy to use and deploy thanks to a great support team.
There is no way to change this. Typically after enough agencies complain, they will incorporate the change, however an option like this should be included from the start.
The amount of time it saves managing schedules, running reports and ability to make changes with ease.
During the introduction phase, it was hard to get used to. Especially, since we had moved from a more archaic way of doing things for years.
Additionally, being able to capture detail categories that increase cost by pay period, quarter or annually has been the greatest bonus.
If they don't select a shift within the time frame, they are skipped. There is no way to turn this off.
VCS POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System) has been great for RPD. Overtime reporting for budget projections and expenses is a primary use.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the product as well as the customer service that we receive.
We have been using POSS since 2007 and it has proven itself many times over. Being able to run the many reports has enabled us to save unnecessary overtime expenses.
Having the clear, simple views of daily and weekly schedules makes it easy to see who is working and where shifts need to be filled.
The staff is very helpful. We built the system using webinars and phone calls.
