Flow is a cloud-based ERP built for service companies with external field teams operating in Brazil. The platform consolidates CRM, service order (OS) management, inventory, purchasing, fiscal management, and financial management into a single system, covering the full operational cycle from initial quote through to financial close. Designed for organizations with five or more employees, Flow serves over 250 companies and 2,000 users across segments including solar energy integration, electronic security, structured cabling, telecom, industrial automation, refrigeration and air conditioning, engineering and construction, facilities management, and contractors.

Core functionality spans a kanban-based sales funnel with customizable CRM, service order management with asset tracking and milestone-based billing, and a mobile app (Flow Service) for field technicians that supports offline execution with automatic sync on reconnection. Inventory is linked directly to service orders, with multi-warehouse support and automatic purchase requisition triggered by minimum stock thresholds. The purchasing module incorporates MRP-based demand planning, supplier quotation, purchase order management, and approval workflows by value range. Fiscal management includes native NF-e and NFS-e issuance integrated directly to closed service orders, SPED Fiscal generation, and multi-company (multi-CNPJ) support from a single account. Financial management covers accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, bank reconciliation, automated recurring contract billing, and a real-time DRE per project showing revenue, direct costs, allocated indirect costs, gross margin, and net margin at the individual contract level.

Flow integrates natively with solar CRM platforms including Groner, Luvik, Solarium, iSales, and Solar Z. Onboarding is supported by a dedicated consultant with domain knowledge of the target service segment. The platform operates without a lock-in contract, allowing exit without penalty if requirements are not met.
