Formalini is a cloud-based document intelligence platform that extracts structured data from photos, scans, and PDFs, validates it against confidence thresholds and business rules, maps it to a user-defined or auto-generated schema, and delivers output into existing business systems via REST API, signed webhooks, JSON, or CSV. Designed for teams and businesses of any size, it serves finance and accounts payable, field service and operations, logistics, healthcare, and general business administration, as well as individual users managing personal documents and expenses. No templates or IT project are required to begin processing documents.

The extraction engine reads printed text, handwriting, cursive, ticked boxes, tables, readings, and signatures. It accepts skewed phone photos, scans, PDFs, audio, video, and Office files. Documents can be submitted by email. When no schema is provided, Formalini generates one automatically from the document. Low-confidence extracted values are routed to a human review queue before export, and every extracted field retains a reference to its source location in the original document to support audit and compliance requirements. The interface is available in five languages, and EU-capable hosting with GDPR controls, encrypted transit and storage, workspace isolation, and an audit trail address data residency and regulatory needs.
