What is Formis?
Formis is construction project management software for running the core of the job: RFIs, submittals, transmittals, document control, and approvals. It is built for general contractors who need to run the project without an enterprise platform or a six-figure implementation.
A self-serve form builder and workflow engine let a project manager build the forms, set the routing and approval steps, and edit notifications, without a consultant. Daily reports, inspections, submittals, RFIs, and change orders run on workflows you configure yourself.
Formis keeps one system of record: a document register with versions and revisions, and transmittals with acknowledgement tracking. Send transmittals to external partners without a paid seat.
When an answer is already in your indexed project documents, Formis AI can surface it, cited to the sheet and page, before an RFI is submitted. It assists your team and does not replace your Engineer of Record.
