Frix overview

What is Frix?

Frix is a cloud-based platform built for personal injury plaintiff law firms of all sizes that handles inbound calls, qualifies callers, and delivers structured case intakes to a central dashboard. Calls are answered in under two seconds, around the clock, with automatic caller qualification and case valuation performed before an intake ever reaches an attorney. The result is a filtered pipeline where legal staff engage only with cases that meet the firm's criteria, without adding headcount to manage call volume spikes, after-hours calls, holidays, or overflow.

Beyond intake, Frix operates as a full firm management system. Core modules include matter management, a document vault, a law library, and a firm desk. An embedded AI assistant, Donna, reads uploaded case files and cites the specific page for each answer it provides. Firm data used with Donna is stated to remain private and is not used to train AI models. A live conversion performance dashboard surfaces signed cases, estimated pipeline value, and conversion metrics in a single view, giving firm leadership real-time visibility into intake performance.

Frix deploys as a web application and connects to an existing firm tech stack through integrations with Filevine, Salesforce, HubSpot, MyCase, CASEpeer, Litify, Lawmatics, Twilio, RingCentral, and Clio. Captured intakes route directly into whichever connected platform the firm already uses, keeping data synchronized across systems without manual re-entry. The platform targets plaintiff-side personal injury practices nationwide, with particular utility for firms managing high inbound call volume who want to capture and sign more cases without proportional increases in operational overhead.
