Service management capabilities cover project administration, work planning and scheduling, shift management, absence coordination, substitution workflows, flexibility monitoring and time bank administration. Time and attendance features include real time clock in, timesheet compilation, automated payroll document distribution, leave request management and work agenda visualisation. Data analysis functionality delivers management control tools such as cost centre tracking, data extraction for billing processes and customisable reporting dashboards.
An integrated organisational hub offers internal messaging, document repositories, user diary compilation and attendance tracking for service recipients. Administrative users can configure projects, activities, work sites and cost centres with specific parameters aligned to unique operational contexts. Role based access controls support differentiated functionality for management, coordination and operational staff. Simplified interfaces for operational staff cover presence recording, timesheet management, payroll document retrieval, leave requests, schedule viewing, intervention planning, shift roster management and leave balance monitoring. A mobile application provides full web functionality replacement for operational staff and partial functionality for supervisory roles to ensure consistency of access across devices.
Integration with external systems is enabled through an open application programming interface that allows third party applications to query system data and integrate with existing technology investments. Technical support services include access to dedicated consultants who guide implementation, system configuration and ongoing optimisation processes. Online operational manuals provide step by step instructions with visual documentation, explanatory videos and webinar presentations tailored to both administrative and operational user audiences.
