Gewerko is modular software for trade and service businesses in Germany, built around a simple structure: one core plan and individually bookable trade modules that can be added or cancelled monthly.

The core covers customer management with CSV import, jobs with an open/done/closed status, and service sheets that capture time entries, line items, photos and the customer's on-screen signature — in the browser, installable as a PWA. Native apps for iOS and Android are available alongside.

A signed service sheet becomes an invoice in one click. E-invoices are issued as XRechnung XML and as Factur-X PDF/A-3B, validated against the KoSIT rule sets; they are written once and never modified, stored with SHA-256 checksums, sequential numbering and an audit-log entry.

Trade modules: electrical testing (E-Check, DGUV V3), painting (room measurement and acceptance protocols), roofing (photo documentation and defect reporting), tiling (area measurement and acceptance protocol) and sanitary inspection protocols (pressure and leak tests).

Customers sign and approve via a public link with no account of their own. Role-based access, audit logging, PDF export and link-based sharing are included.

Sign-up requires no payment details; up to 50 service sheets per month are free. The core plan is EUR 19 per month, each trade module EUR 12 per month, net, cancellable monthly.
