Glimpse is an analytics platform that measures footfall, people counting, and in-space behavioural patterns across physical locations. A computer vision pipeline processes video frames locally on-device, generating anonymised position and movement data in real time. Raw frames are deleted immediately after analysis; no video is stored and no personally identifiable information leaves the site. Anonymised, aggregated outputs are delivered via a secure web dashboard, scheduled CSV reports, and a REST API returning JSON for integration with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker, as well as data warehouses and POS systems. Three hardware deployment modes are supported: edge processing of an existing IP CCTV network (Glimpse CCTV), standalone proprietary camera-free sensors (Glimpse Sensors), and a self-contained portable device with integrated camera and 4G/5G connectivity (Glimpse in a Box) for tactical or temporary deployments. No new hardware is required in most sites.

Core measurement capabilities span entry and exit footfall counting with repeat-crossing de-duplication, capture rate from passer-by counts, full conversion funnel analysis combining passer-by data with POS transactions, zone-level dwell and engagement filtering, live occupancy per space or area, flow path and dead-zone identification, queue length and wait-time monitoring with configurable alerts, and spatial heatmaps. Staff exclusion filters staff movement from customer data. For transport operators, automatic passenger counting (APC), live vehicle occupancy, and gateline analysis are available. The web dashboard supports single sign-on (SSO), estate-wide rollups, and drill-downs to individual entrances and zones.

Target markets include single-site and multi-site retailers (grocery, fashion, luxury department stores, convenience), rail and passenger transit operators, and commercial property owners and shopping centre operators. Documented deployments range from individual locations to estates of 650 stores. The platform is UK GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified, and Cyber Essentials certified, with no facial recognition used at any stage.
