Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Go1Desk overview
What is Go1Desk?
Go1Desk is a unified helpdesk, internal IT ticketing, and lightweight CRM platform for small service teams, built on Next.js with strict per-workspace data isolation enforced at the database query level, not just hidden in the UI.
Core functions: a shared ticket queue (list or Kanban board) covering both customer support and internal IT requests, filterable by team, priority, status, or assignee; auto-assignment to whichever team member currently has the fewest open tickets; per-team SLAs that auto-populate a due date on ticket creation; canned reply shortcuts; and a full ticket activity feed (replies, internal notes, status changes, reassignments) with internal notes visually and functionally separated from customer-facing replies.
CRM and records: contacts and companies are first-class records that every ticket links back to automatically, with retroactive linking for tickets sent before a contact record existed. A visual deals pipeline tracks opportunities through configurable stages, and custom record types let a business model entities specific to its own operations (e.g. Buildings, Assets), each with their own custom fields and links to contacts and other records.
Channels: email-to-ticket works immediately with an auto-generated address, no DNS changes required, with an optional custom-domain forward for branded addresses. WhatsApp Business connects using the workspace's own Meta developer app credentials (a bring-your-own-token model), so no third-party approval process gates activation, and there's no extra cost on any plan.
Security: role-based access is enforced server-side, not just in the interface -- a member restricted to their own tickets cannot access another team's or another workspace's data by guessing a URL or ID, and this is covered by an automated regression test suite. Session cookies are signed and encrypted with a mandatory, minimum-length secret. Application-wide security headers (CSP, HSTS, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy) are set and tuned to the specific third parties the product actually loads. Sensitive stored credentials, such as a connected channel's access token, are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Integrations: Go1Desk does not currently offer a third-party integration marketplace or a public API -- it's a deliberately focused platform for teams that want support, IT, and CRM in one login rather than a hub connecting many other tools. Paddle handles billing and payment processing as merchant of record; Resend handles transactional email delivery.
Pricing: free forever for one seat, with paid plans (Starter, Growth, Suite) starting at $8 per seat per month, scaling up through additional routing addresses, the CRM and deals pipeline, custom analytics dashboards, and call logging.
