What is Pochuto?
Pochuto turns every customer visit into a Google review request for local businesses and chains - cafés and restaurants, beauty salons, clinics, auto services, hotels and retail.
How it works: place a QR code or NFC tag at the counter, or send a personal review link through Telegram, Instagram, Viber or SMS. The customer rates the visit in one tap. High ratings lead straight to your Google review form - Pochuto keeps the link working even inside in-app browsers of Instagram, Telegram and Viber, where review links usually break. Low ratings first open a private feedback form, so the complaint reaches you in Telegram while the customer can still be won back. The Google link stays available at any rating, so no reviews are filtered or hidden.
Beyond collecting reviews, Pochuto imports your existing Google reviews, alerts you about new ones and drafts AI replies in your tone of voice. Statistics show which QR code, placement or personal link brings reviews and how your Google rating changes week to week. Multi-location businesses manage all locations from one dashboard, with a custom domain for review pages.
