Grace Gate Check-In is children's check-in software for churches. It covers check-in, name tags, safe pickup, parent alerts and volunteer scheduling for $9.99 a month, with no tiers and no per-check-in fees.

Check-in: an iPad app checks a family in from a last name or phone number. Each child gets a name tag with their room and allergies, and the parent gets a pickup ticket. Run as many iPads as you need, and they stay in sync.

Offline: Offline Mode keeps check-in and check-out running with no internet at all. A Mac beside the iPad prints name tags over Bluetooth, and everything uploads when the connection returns.

Pickup security: each family keeps the same 4-digit pickup code. For a family with a restricted-pickup list, a staff member approves every pickup.

Parents and staff: a free parent app for iPhone and Android shows each child's room and the pickup code, and receives alerts paged from the classroom. Leaders get a staff app with live room rosters. The web dashboard shows room counts and attendance reports, with CSV export.

Volunteers: schedule people by date. They accept or decline from an email with no login, and the roster tracks background-check expiry.

Integrations and hardware: import families from Planning Center, Breeze or Elvanto, or from any CSV or Excel file. Labels print on DYMO LabelWriter and Brother QL printers from a Mac or a Windows PC. No iPad? A web check-in station runs in any browser on Wi-Fi.
