The software supports digital vehicle inspections with photo upload capabilities, job tracking across multiple technicians, service history documentation and customizable job templates for recurring repair procedures. Customer relationship management features include automated service reminders, email notifications, SMS messaging for job status updates, a customer-facing portal for self-service access and fleet management tools for commercial accounts. The scheduling calendar provides visual job assignment and bay management while the parts and inventory module tracks component usage and stock levels. GreaseGoose integrates with QuickBooks Online through direct synchronization that transfers invoice data automatically to the accounting platform without manual entry.
