What is have a band?
have a band pro is a music school management system built for music schools and private music teachers in Brazil.
The office side covers the whole school: a lesson calendar for private lessons and groups, attendance, rescheduling and make-up lessons with deadlines; enrollment with online contracts and e-signature acceptance, renewals and yearly price adjustments in bulk; automatic monthly tuition with Pix and boleto through Asaas, payment reminders and overdue tracking by age; teacher payouts, accounts payable, cash flow, bank reconciliation and revenue forecast; a lead pipeline with trial lessons booked by link; notices, certificates, reports with CSV export and spreadsheet import; and staff roles with permissions.
The teaching side is what sets it apart from a generic school ERP: teachers plan each lesson, share materials, assign practice and follow each student's progress, and students practice at home playing along with the band in the have a band app.
Students and families use a mobile portal to see lessons, notices and invoices.
Free for music schools with up to 5 active students. Paid plans are priced by number of active students and include billing automation.
