HeartLedge overview
What is HeartLedge?
HeartLedge is practice management software for independent coaches.
It replaces the patchwork of scheduling tools, payment links, and spreadsheets that most solo coaches run on. Clients book from a public link, complete intake forms, and pay in a single flow.
The client portal is where the coaching work lives. Clients see their upcoming sessions, the commitments they made between them, and their goals and tracked values over time. They can re-read every intake and check-in answer they have given. No tutorial required.
Payments run through the coach's own Stripe account. Money goes directly to the coach and HeartLedge charges no platform fee.
One plan includes every feature and unlimited clients. There are no tiers and no per-client pricing. Introductory pricing is $20 per month, with a 14 day free trial and no credit card required to start.
