The ticket management module lets administrators create custom forms for issues, products or departments and segment information based on various criteria such as areas served, technical details, and more.

helppeople Cloud’s reports and management statistics module provides insight into technician performance, active projects and open applications. The system enables managers to generate personalized reports and export information into PDF format.
