Real time reporting dashboards present key performance metrics such as occupancy rate, revenue figures, average daily rate and revenue per available room with export options to Portable Document Format and spreadsheet format. The native electronic invoicing component generates compliant invoices, submits them automatically to the Romanian National Agency for Fiscal Administration portal and tracks submission status without separate accounting software.
Integrated booking engine functionality allows direct reservation capabilities via an embeddable widget on property websites and social media channels. Channel distribution features synchronize inventory and rates with major online travel agencies and local booking partners using bidirectional data exchange to prevent overbooking scenarios. Role based access control provides configurable permissions for reception, management, housekeeping and accounting teams to ensure appropriate operational boundaries across user groups.
The digital check in module enables secure link based guest registration and document upload through messaging platforms and email. Artificial intelligence powered document scanning extracts identity data from Romanian identity cards and passports for both remote self check in and in house front desk processing. Guest registration forms are generated as legally compliant Portable Document Format documents with digital signature capture and privacy consent tracking. A structured three day onboarding program includes guided platform configuration, team training and full operational readiness supported by dedicated local language assistance. The system operates entirely in the cloud with twenty four hour availability and includes native integrations with booking platforms and the national fiscal administration portal.
