What is Hesapcini?
Hesapcini is a cloud-based pre-accounting solution built for small and medium businesses, freelancers, and tradespeople in Türkiye. It brings the daily financial routine of a business into a single panel: creating and sending invoices, tracking customer and supplier balances (receivables/payables), managing stock levels, and monitoring cash and bank accounts.
Hesapcini is fully compliant with Türkiye's e-Transformation legislation: e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-SMM documents can be issued directly from the app. Web-based access works from any browser, and native Android and iOS apps keep business owners connected in the field.
Pricing is a flat monthly subscription with unlimited users — teams grow without per-seat license costs. Data is hosted securely in the cloud with daily backups. Onboarding is fast: opening balances (customers, stock, price lists) are imported from Excel free of charge, and setup and training are included in the subscription.
Hesapcini is developed by Barkosoft, a business software company with 30 years of industry experience serving 10,000+ businesses in 17 countries. For companies that also run field sales teams, Hesapcini pairs with Barkosoft's MobilRut field sales platform.
