HeyNutre is clinical nutrition software built from the ground up for professional practice in Mexico. It was founded by Macarena Gulias, a practicing dietitian, out of a concrete problem: the admin work around a consultation (filling in the chart, computing the plan, assembling the PDF) eats the time that should go to the patient.

The practitioner records the consultation from the browser, with nothing to install and no time limit on any plan. AI transcribes it in Mexican Spanish and the clinical data extracted from it populates the chart using the ABCD method (anthropometric, biochemical, clinical, dietary), with a structure that follows Mexican standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012. From there the planning engine builds the meal plan using the Mexican food exchange system (SMAE), a catalog of 700+ foods and 400+ distribution rules. The plan goes out as a branded PDF, to the patient portal, or over WhatsApp.

It also covers the rest of the practice: scheduling with automatic WhatsApp confirmations and reminders, a public page with online booking, a patient portal with progress and plans, and documents to share with patients.
