HousingSurvey Pro is evidence management software designed to capture and maintain tamper evident records of property hazards for housing associations, local councils and their contractors. The platform supports compliance with Awaab’s Law requirements by creating an audit trail that documents who investigated each property, when inspections occurred, what was recorded and what actions followed. It addresses elevated evidential standards introduced by Awaab’s Law, which mandates fixed timescales for investigating and remediating significant damp and mould hazards and extends coverage to additional hazard categories in Phase Two.

The platform includes mobile field applications for iOS and Android with offline first functionality that allows surveyors to record geo stamped and contemporaneous evidence regardless of network connectivity. Every finalized record is locked with an authoritative server timestamp and cryptographically hash chained to the previous record for the same property using a Unique Property Reference Number. The system employs SHA two fifty six fingerprinting and an append only audit log to preserve an unbroken evidence timeline. Nightly integrity verification processes validate the chain proof across all sealed evidence bundles. Data residency is enforced in the United Kingdom by storing all content exclusively in a London region cloud.

The additional categories include asbestos, indoor air quality, radon, excess cold, excess heat, falls, structural collapse, fire and explosions, electrical hazards and domestic and personal hygiene. The platform enforces App Check attestation to ensure that only genuine mobile applications can access the data infrastructure. Entra ID single sign on with SCIM provisioning provides automated joiner and leaver synchronization.
