The suite comprises six integrated modules. The Church Information System (CIS) manages member profiles covering personal details, family background, spiritual gifts, church activities, and relationships, alongside barcode and smartcard check-in, customizable offering categories with receipt printing, course and activity management with prerequisite-based online registration, pastoral records, venue booking, library management, a full accounting system with bookkeeping vouchers, and role-based permission settings for administrators, pastors, fellowship leaders, and members. ChurcHR covers staff and minister HR management including department and salary configuration, e-leave application and approval workflows, payroll records, MPF reports, and tax return checklists (IE56B). The Church Website System (CCMS) delivers a responsive church website with a CMS backend, online course and activity enrolment, personal offering history, room booking, a library system, sermon uploads, a prayer board, a church calendar, and a member login portal.
