iXTime is a project centered time tracking application designed to streamline time entry and reporting workflows for solo professionals, teams, and organizations such as non profit associations and educational institutions that require structured time management without complex navigation. The platform employs a hierarchical tracking structure that supports customizable levels typically referred to as customer, project and task. The live timer feature initiates time capture with a single click and the manual entry interface simplifies backdated entries without complex form completion. The calendar view presents weekly and daily entries organized by project to provide clear visibility into time allocation patterns.

Time allocation can be marked as billable at each hierarchy level to facilitate invoicing processes. The reporting module provides overview, detail, utilization and timesheet reports grouped by customer, project, task, team member or team with configurable date ranges and filtering options. Team management supports role types including owner, admin and custom groups and invitation workflows through email are designed for onboarding completion within one minute. Workspace configuration options determine visibility of time entries based on assigned roles to control access to time data.

Data import functionality accepts comma separated values format for migrating existing entries, customers, projects, tasks and user records from other tracking systems such as Clockify, Toggl Track and Harvest. Authentication integrates with Microsoft Entra and relies on transport layer security encryption while payment processing leverages a third party service without storing payment information directly. The platform operates entirely online on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in the West Europe region to ensure data residency within European Union jurisdictions and complies with general data protection regulation requirements.

Audit ready logs and data processing agreements support compliance and provide revision secure logging capabilities. Automated backup procedures with point in time recovery are managed through Azure database services to maintain data integrity. Native application programming interface access is not available in the current release.
