What is Jemalys Factu?
Jemalys Factu takes small businesses, craftsmen and freelancers from the quote to the paid invoice. An accepted quote is turned into an invoice in one click, as a full invoice or a deposit, and the balance invoice deducts the deposit by itself. Invoices are numbered continuously, credit notes cancel them cleanly, payments are recorded and the amount still due is calculated. Late invoices go through three reminder levels, up to the formal notice. Every PDF carries the legal mentions and embedded Factur-X (EN 16931) data; Factu is not a certified e-invoicing platform, so invoices are submitted on the platform of your choice. Orders paid on a Payhip online shop are turned into invoices and emailed automatically. The dashboard shows revenue over 12 months, average payment time and best customers.
The software runs on a Windows PC of the company (on-premise) and is used through a web browser on the local network. Data stays on the company's PC, with automatic backups. One-time licence of 129 € excl. VAT per site, no subscription. A free online demo lets you browse the real software with fictitious data. Interface in French.
