What is JobGuard?
Built for UK sole traders and small building firms who lose money on underpriced quotes and unpaid extras.
Price a job in minutes: snap photos on site, talk through the work, and JobGuard suggests a price range per line based on UK rates, merchant prices and your own past jobs. It also reminds you of items that often get forgotten, such as skip hire and making good.
Win the job: send the quote as a link. The client opens it with a PIN and signs on their phone.
Get paid for changes: every piece of extra work goes to the client with photos and a price, approved before you start, so there are no disputes at the end.
Invoice fast: the invoice builds itself from the quote, approved extras, deposits and stage payments.
Keep proof: each job holds dated photos, notes, receipts and approvals. On the Team plan your workers add site reports.
