JobTally is a mobile job costing app for small contractors - owner-operators running a crew of two to ten. Remodelers, general contractors, concrete, framing and specialty trades use it to see whether a job is making money while the job is still running, instead of finding out at tax time.

Every job in JobTally carries a budget. Labor, materials and receipts land against that budget as the money goes out, so the job screen always shows budget versus actual and what is left. Crew members clock in and out from their own phones with one tap, and a GPS location is stamped on each punch. Clock-in works with no signal and syncs later. Those hours flow straight into job cost and into crew pay. Anyone on the job can photograph a receipt and JobTally reads the store and the total and books it to the job.

JobTally also covers the office side: estimates that convert into a job with the budget already set, invoices sent from the job, an outstanding-balance list, mileage, jobsite photos, daily logs, schedules and time-off requests. A one-tap Tax Pack exports QuickBooks-ready CSV files for income, expenses, labor and mileage at year end.

Pricing is one flat plan - $150 per month or $1,200 per year - with every feature included and unlimited crew. There are no per-seat charges and nothing is locked behind a higher tier, so the price does not change when the crew grows. New accounts get 30 days free; a card is required at signup but nothing is charged during the trial.

JobTally runs in any phone browser, so there is nothing for the crew to install. Setup takes about five minutes with a guided checklist, and a crew member is onboarded by texting him a link.
