Kaizer gives personal trainers and online coaches one platform for programming, client management and the business side of coaching, plus a mobile app their clients actually use.

Programming: build routines by hand over an exercise library of 1,500+ movements, or let the Kaizer Assistant draft the first version from each client's goals, equipment and limitations. After every logged session the platform adjusts sets, reps and loads using estimated 1RM from NSCA-derived tables, so progression is arithmetic the trainer can audit rather than a black box. Routines can be reused as templates.

The client app: clients install Kaizer on iOS or Android, follow their routine, log every set, see their progress and message their trainer. Trainers get their own app as well, mirroring the web dashboard.

Client and business management: every client sits in one panel with profile, notes, injuries and files. Smart alerts flag inactivity, expiring programs and drops in adherence before a client quietly leaves, and retention metrics show how the book of clients is doing. Payment control tracks who owes what, with reminders and a manually recorded method - Kaizer tracks the money, it does not process it. Paid plans include a marketplace profile so new clients can find the trainer.
