All agent-generated outputs are drafts that require human approval before becoming official. The Mission Control dashboard consolidates approvals, overdue action items, minutes ready for review, and agent-prepared drafts into a single prioritized view. A Document Q&A assistant allows board staff to upload bylaws, policies, board packets, and past minutes, then query them in plain English; each answer cites the source passage and page number. Scheduled checks monitor quorum RSVPs, agenda distribution timelines, and filing deadlines, surfacing findings in Mission Control. Board health tracking records director preparation rates, decisions made, action items completed, and governance compliance metrics over time, giving leadership visibility into meeting effectiveness.
