Kitchen on Hand helps restaurant teams keep the right stock on the shelf and the food bill under control, all from a phone. Each day, staff walk the kitchen and mark every item Good or Order, and the app keeps working in a walk-in with no signal. Items marked Order turn into purchase orders sorted by vendor. At delivery, the team checks off what arrived, records shortages and rejected items, and snaps the invoice. Wasted food is logged with a reason and costed in dollars. Counts show food cost as a percentage of sales, recipes show what each plate costs and earns, and reports show spend by vendor and the most-wasted items. Owners choose which roles see prices, manage several locations from one account, and can start a new location as a copy of an existing one.
